The Tribute Magazine
For the first monthsA 16- to 32-page magazine-style publication: a cover portrait, a written life story, photo essays across the decades, letters and reflections from family and friends, favorite recipes, sayings, songs, and the small details that made them who they were.

The Legacy Book
For the years aheadA hardcover, archival book of 40 or more pages. This is the piece that gets pulled off the shelf at holidays and handed to grandchildren. It holds everything a tribute magazine does, plus family trees, documents and handwriting, a full photographic archive, and space for reflections written over time.

Gather
I send a short, gentle checklist. Send things as they come. You don't have to have it all together.
Design
Programs: a first proof within 24–48 hours. Magazines and books: a design direction first, then full spreads.
Refine
We adjust until it feels right. Revisions are included in every format.
Deliver
Print-ready files, or finished printed pieces if I'm coordinating printing.
What I'll ask you for
Nothing to prepare before you write.
This is only so you know what's coming.
- Their full name, dates, and the service date if there is one
- Photographs, as many as you have, in whatever condition
- The obituary, or notes and memories if it isn't written yet
- Order of service, if there is one
- Names for acknowledgments
- Three words that describe them
- Anything they loved: a color, a flower, a hymn, a place, a phrase they always said

How fast can you really turn around a program?
If I have your photos and text, 48–72 hours to a print-ready file. If the service is sooner than that, ask. I'll tell you honestly whether I can do it.
Do you handle printing?
Yes. I work with a trusted Atlanta printer and can deliver finished pieces to you or the funeral home. If you'd rather use your own printer, I'll prepare the files to their specifications.
Our photos are old and damaged. Is that a problem?
No. Light restoration is included. Heavier restoration is available for an additional fee.
Can we include a lot of contributors?
Yes. For magazines and books I send a simple link for family and friends to submit stories and photos directly.
What if we want a book but aren't ready yet?
That's common. Order the program now if you need it, and reach out about the book whenever you're ready. There's no deadline.
Do you only do memorials?
No. The same formats work for milestone birthdays, retirements, anniversaries, and family reunions. Tell me the occasion.
